How to buy in our
Virtual Shop ???
The aim of this page is
helping you as much as we can and explain the buying process of our
Virtual Shop.
You can make the order by
three ways:
1.- In our Virtual Shop
2.- By Mail
3.- By Fax
1)
IN OUR VIRTUAL SHOP.
First of all, you have to
get into the virtual shop and navigate until you find the article you are
interested in. At your disposal are several products categories (hats,
caps, berets, wineskins of three ZZZ,...), where you'll see the available
articles.When you find the product that you want, click on the photography,
and this will take you to a virtual page with the features and price of
the product (tax included). There you find a BUY button
that, if clicked, will add the product to the shopping cart. The shopping
cart then appears inmediatly. After this, there are several options:
1.- Modify the quantity of the chosen product,
and confirm with the UPDATE button.
2.- Delete the article writting zero (0) in the
quantity box and confirm with de UPDATE
button.
3.- Go on buying more article or visiting the
catalogue clicking on CONTINUE SHOPPING
button.
4.- You have finalized the buying and are happy
with the article or articles added in the shopping cart, then click on CHECK
OUT button.
When we click on the CHECK
OUT button, we have to fill in a form with your personal data, so
that the order can be processed (name, delivery address,...). Once the
form has been filled in we can SUBMIT or DELETE.
When you send the form, you also can still:
1.- Modify the quantity of the chosen product and
confirm with the UPDATE button.
2.- Delete an article of the cart writting zero
(0) in the quantity box of the product and then UPDATE
button.
3.- CONTINUE SHOPPING,
to include more articles in the shopping cart.
4.- If all data are correct and we want to pay in
order to formalize the order, we have to click on PLACE
ORDER.
When you place an order, two
things will happen:
1.- We will send you an email with the order you
have done. This mail is automatically generated after you have clicked in SUBMIT
button, but in no case it means any charge for you. Until you have
not given your personal data to our bank (through the Safe Payment Form of
our bank (Banco Santander Central Hispano), no charge will be done to your bank
account.
2.- You will directly get into the Safe Payment
Form of Banco Santander Central Hispano, where you provide your credit
card number and the expiration date of it. If you are a Virtual
Cash Card user, you also have to provide your secret number so that the
operation can be processed. Optionaly, you can also give your name and
e-mail, in case you want to.
After this you have to click
on PAY, or DELETE,
in case you don't want to make the operation
Once you
have clicked on the Pagar/Pay
button, it is very
important to wait until an authorization
number for the operation
appears. This number gives conformity to the order. If the bank connection
cuts off or the page in your explorer changes before it is shown, the
order won't be confirmed and no amount will be charged in your credit card.

BY EMAIL TO ventas@lafavoritacb.com
with the products you want and their features (colour, size,...) and we
will answer you informing about total price to be paid (taxes and postage
costs included). You can pay either by Wire
Transfer or Bank Receipt. We
will send also the Reference that you must enclose in the payment, in
order to identify it. If you pay by wire transfer from outside Spain, an
amount of 5,95 € will have to be added to the total purchase amount due
to the expenses of the bank steps.

3)
Our new way to make an order: BY FAX.
In this case, please fill in
the fax page you'll find in www.lafavoritacb.com/pedidosfax-ing.html
and send to fax number +34 91 8975000. The payment will be done by Wire
Transfer or Bank Receipt.
Once the fax is received
with the desired articles, we'll send an email with your order number (to
confirm the order), the reference (to check the payment) and the total
amount to be paid (postage costs included). If you make the payment by
wire transfer from outside Spain and amount of 5,95 € will have to be
added to the total purchase amount due to the expenses of the bank
steps.
