Changes
policy
1.- In case the customer desagrees with
the adquired product, it will always be possible to change it. The change will
be done for any other article or articles. La Favorita C.B. doesn't return the
cash, just offers you the change of the articles. To allow you the possibility
of the change the article must be returned in its original packet and no more
than 15 days after the receipt. Also the goods must be returned in the same
conditions that were provided. If the article has been used or is in bad
conditions the change won't be allowed.
2.- In case there has been a mistake in
the size or the colour or the customer does not like the product, it's possible
to return it and change it for another one. The rates corresponding to post and
packing will be charged to the customer, unless the return will be due to our
fault in which case we'll assume all the expenses.
3.- Before returning the product,
the customer must send us an e-mail to ventas@lafavoritacb.com
telling us about the incidence. Then we will assign an authorization number
corresponding to the return numbre. The customer has to include the
authorization number in the packet of the product to be returned. The change of
the articles will not be done without the authorization number in the packet.
4.- Once we have received the product
or products and the customer has informed us about the article required instead
the one returned, we will make the effort needed so that the customer has the
new product as soon as possible (we will send the article as soon as we received
the returned one).
